Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and store products according to temperature and safety protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks while maintaining temperature integrity
- Perform sanitation and cleaning of storage areas and equipment
- Monitor warehouse conditions and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in 0°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
