Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily facility sanitation and pest control inspections
- Monitor and document inventory levels using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate cold storage equipment including palletizers and conveyors
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
