Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement and storage
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory audits in cold environments
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for refrigerated facilities
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive goods using proper handling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license
