Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and maintain product quality in cold storage zones
- Load/unload shipments using proper safety protocols
- Inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Valid forklift certification (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
