Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology and OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quality metrics
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and potential overtime shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work site
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
