Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated facilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct quality inspections of perishable goods upon arrival
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
