Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and compliance
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA standards across all operations
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Conduct regular audits and reports on inventory accuracy and operational metrics
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation and distribution
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
