Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -20°F to 40°F storage environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Conduct daily safety inspections and sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory tracking using WMS systems with remote data entry options
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless cold chain transitions
- Document temperature logs and regulatory compliance records
- Train on remote monitoring systems for facility operations
Qualifications
- 1+ year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments with appropriate gear
- Basic computer skills for remote data entry tasks
- OSHA 10 or equivalent safety certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
