- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders using provided equipment
- Operate packing machinery (provided) including tape dispensers, box sealers, and conveyors
- Inspect items for quality and ensure proper packaging protocols
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Document packing activities using provided digital systems
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (equipment provided for comfort)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne facility
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with provided lifting aids available)
