Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -20°F to 40°F zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Sanitize and maintain food safety compliance in HACCP-certified facilities
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with distribution teams
- Document temperature logs and quality control metrics
- Train new staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 1+ years cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- HACCP or SQF food safety certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Background check and drug screen clearance
