Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and quality control inspections
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to work in 30°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic inventory management system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
