Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain organized storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature-monitoring equipment
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records
- Enforce strict safety protocols for cold environments (32-50°F)
- Sanitize workspaces and comply with HACCP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 6+ months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
