Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal refrigerated storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Sanitize equipment and storage spaces per USDA standards
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/SQF preferred)
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
