Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature/humidity control in refrigerated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments
- Load/unload shipments with proper inventory documentation
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in quality control and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional logistics teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
