Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (0°F to 32°F)
- Inspect, sort, and package frozen/dry goods according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance duties
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
