Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature (-20°F to 45°F) in refrigerated zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Inspect and document storage conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Prioritize FIFO inventory rotation and proper product stacking
- Comply with HACCP and FDA sanitation protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
