Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory management systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols across all processes
- Coordinate high-volume order fulfillment for retail and e-commerce clients
- Conduct quality control audits and process improvement initiatives
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong leadership background with team supervision experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (Sun-Thu)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
