Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigerated transport equipment
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Forklift certification (or willingness to complete training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Knowledge of food safety standards a plus
