Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Inspect and prepare products for shipping (wrapping, boxing, labeling)
- Maintain organized inventory in FIFO system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- RF scanner/WMS system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check and drug screen required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
