- Prioritize FIFO rotation and inventory accuracy
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Sanitize equipment and work areas daily
- Document inventory movements in digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to night shifts
