Responsibilities
- Unload and palletize refrigerated products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Operate temperature monitoring systems and report deviations
- Perform sanitation procedures on equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with truck drivers for efficient loading/unloading
- Complete daily production logs and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work in sub-zero environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- No felony convictions (background check required)

- Availability for rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
