Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks daily
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all warehouse protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures
- Valid driver's license preferred
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check
