Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature-controlled inventory handling in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting procedures
- Perform quality inspections on perishable goods during receiving/shipping
- Document inventory movements in WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Adhere to HACCP safety standards for food-grade cold storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- OSHA Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Food Handler's Certificate a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
