Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with zero-tolerance for errors
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth operational transitions
- Complete daily productivity reports with precision and timeliness
- Participate in monthly inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention focus
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
