Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities using food-grade sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory rotation (FIFO) and conduct cycle counts
- Operate automated loading/unloading systems for perishable goods
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
