Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration monitoring systems
- Prioritize FIFO inventory rotation and accurate stock tracking
- Inspect and document cold chain compliance records
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory record-keeping skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- OSHA 10 or Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
