Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks following temperature control procedures
- Monitor and document storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F environments)
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) rotation protocols
- Conduct daily safety equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
