Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Accurately receive, inspect, and inventory frozen food products using WMS systems
- Maintain strict compliance with FDA/USDA safety and sanitation standards
- Load/unload trucks with efficient stacking and rotation of perishable goods
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and report facility issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Valid state ID or driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
