Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature-controlled storage systems
- Maintain precise inventory records using digital tracking systems in cold storage environments
- Inspect and document product integrity in -10°F to 40°F temperature zones
- Adhere to HACCP safety protocols and OSHA cold stress prevention standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks with temperature monitoring
- Perform routine equipment sanitation and preventive maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F with provided thermal gear
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail for inventory and quality control procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with mechanical assistance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
