Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using provided insulated gear
- Maintain inventory accuracy in our WMS system
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation of cold storage facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional logistics teams
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with provided thermal clothing
- Valid forklift certification (training available)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail in cold chain procedures
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Drive facility
