Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed warehouse documentation
- Inspect and package materials according to quality standards and customer specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce processing time
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and verify shipment accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
