Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature control in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize and rotate inventory following FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to 0°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 2300 Arch Street
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- No prior experience required – training provided
