Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated and frozen storage units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product handling
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation system using warehouse management software
- Conduct daily sanitation and safety inspections of storage areas
- Assist in loading/unloading temperature-controlled shipments
- Document inventory movements and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to 0°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
