Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and document product quality during loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with FDA and USDA food safety standards
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Organize inventory in FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system
- Complete safety audits and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer zones)
