Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate receiving, putaway, and fulfillment processes to meet daily targets
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular training sessions on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure seamless logistics coordination
- Generate and analyze performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
