Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and palletize frozen food products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in our WMS system
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and sanitation standards
- Operate warehouse equipment in subzero temperatures
- Conduct daily safety inspections of machinery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Monitor and report temperature deviations immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in subzero environments (-10°F) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
- Background check and drug screen required
