Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient order fulfillment
- Organize storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Train new hires on safe operation practices
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights as needed)
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
