Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain precise temperature records for perishable goods
- Operate warehouse equipment in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Follow HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Inventory management using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures
- Background check and drug screen required
