Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 30°F)
- Inspect and organize products in refrigerated/freezer units (0°F to -20°F)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work in cold environments for 8+ hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
