Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using company-provided equipment
- Operate automated packing machines and labeling systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory of packing materials and supplies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping goals
- Follow safety protocols when handling equipment and products
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Experience with warehouse equipment preferred (training provided)
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
