Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F) using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Safely load/unload trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor temperature logs and refrigeration equipment per FDA guidelines
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing perishable products
- Maintain strict sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
