Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy with RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA-compliant stacking and storage protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Train new loaders on safety procedures and productivity standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse loading experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic math and inventory skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
