Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move food/pharmaceutical products
- Execute inventory rotation (FIFO) and stock rotation procedures
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety audits
- Document temperature logs and inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment per health standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficient in basic inventory tracking systems
