Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff with performance coaching
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance records
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS management
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Data analysis experience with inventory metrics
- Spanish bilingual a plus for diverse team
