Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems (-10°F to 40°F environments)
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy via WMS scanning systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and preventive maintenance
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional logistics teams
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina for extended periods in refrigerated environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Pre-employment drug screening required
