Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated and frozen products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain strict temperature monitoring and documentation in -10°F to 32°F zones
- Operate and sanitize cold storage equipment per HACCP standards
- Conduct quality control inspections and report inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
