Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Optimize picking routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic math and inventory tracking abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
