Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and maintain cold storage equipment and inventory systems
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products following HACCP protocols
- Monitor and record warehouse temperature/humidity levels hourly
- Implement FIFO inventory management in cold zones
- Perform sanitation procedures and safety compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- 1+ years warehouse experience beneficial
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
