Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods upon receipt
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper techniques
- Document inventory counts and warehouse activities accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments (4°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid ID and ability to pass background check
