Responsibilities
- Unload and load refrigerated trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature levels (-10°F to 40°F) in storage areas
- Inspect products for quality and report any damage or spoilage
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
